Changelog

We hand-check hosting prices and document every meaningful data update.

Deno Deploy metering refresh

We rechecked all 21 providers against first-party pricing pages. Published plan prices still match for every host except Deno Deploy, which changed how it meters compute and egress.

What changed

  • Deno Deploy now publishes Active CPU hours and memory time (Free: 10 hr / 150 GiB-hr; Pro: 50 hr / 750 GiB-hr), with Pro egress overage at $0.20/GiB. Free drops to 10 active apps and no volume storage.

Railway CDN, Fly Managed Postgres, Scaleway IPv4, Vercel storage

We checked four providers against their first-party docs and pricing pages after material product changes.

What changed

  • Railway now documents its free built-in edge CDN, Edge Rules, and the Config as Code cutoff for the IaC SDK.
  • Fly.io now includes Managed Postgres plan prices and treats unmanaged Fly Postgres as Unsupported.
  • Scaleway now bills flexible IPv4 at €0.005/h (~€3.65/month) in estimates and price notes.
  • Vercel now notes Deployment Storage at $0.10/GB-month, with 10 GB included on Hobby.

Complete hosting data refresh

We checked all 21 providers and 22 hosting offerings. The published plan prices still match the providers' official prices.

What changed

  • DigitalOcean now includes request-based autoscaling on shared plans, scheduled jobs, and the private-preview limits of Scale to Zero.
  • Netlify now includes every Pro credit tier, the generally available managed database, the account-wide credit stop, and the default Free-plan badge.
  • AWS Lightsail now explains the exact new-account credit offer and six-month Free plan.
  • Hetzner now includes its separate, higher Singapore prices.
  • Vultr now documents its restricted early-access free plan without presenting it as generally available.
